Building a Vertical Campus for Singapore’s Construction Community
We partnered with the Singapore Contractors’ Association Limited (SCAL) as the build partner for the new SCAL Construction Hub, transforming a complex, multi-storey program into a cohesive, high-performing space. Working closely with the design team, we delivered a vertical campus that supports training, collaboration, mediation, and leadership for the construction industry under one roof.
The SCAL Construction Hub brings together classrooms, workspaces, meeting suites, and member-focused facilities across seven levels. For us, the brief went beyond execution: we were tasked with coordinating diverse functions, integrating services, and ensuring constructability and durability while meeting tight timelines and operational needs typical of an industry body.
From reception to boardroom, our role as build partner was to turn a complex, multi-level design vision into a practical, durable reality. The SCAL Construction Hub now operates as a complete vertical campus for Singapore’s construction community – supported by thoughtful construction detailing, robust material choices, and coordinated delivery across all seven floors.
